I am a dedicated and experienced REALTOR®, the owner of Megan Humphries Homes, LLC, and a proud member of the Atlanta Lux Living Team. Since 2007, I have been a part of the Metro Atlanta communities, bringing a profound understanding and appreciation of its diverse neighborhoods.

I specialize in assisting individuals, families, and investors in finding single-family homes and new construction in master-planned communities throughout the North Atlanta suburbs such as Woodstock, Canton, Holly Springs, Alpharetta, Milton, Marietta, and Roswell. My passion for new construction homes is evident in my client-centric approach, ensuring that each client's property goals are met with exceptional service.

Before embarking on my real estate career, I held significant roles at Kabbage, an award-winning fintech company. As Head of Sales Enablement, I led strategic sales initiatives and championed diversity and inclusion. I also founded the Atlanta chapter of WiSE (Women in Sales Enablement) and served on the Board of Advisors for the Sales Enablement Society’s Atlanta Chapter.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Science from Georgia State University and a minor in Sociology, I am committed to ongoing education to better serve my clients. I hold multiple real estate designations and certifications, including Accredited Buyers Representative®, Pricing Strategy Advisor®, Real Estate Negotiation Expert®, and New Home Selling Expert. In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two daughters, and our two adorable Maltipoos. I love vacationing at our cabin in Lake Burton, wakeboarding, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, attending concerts, and rooting for the Atlanta Falcons.
